- Service-Based Nature of Our Work
Our services involve time, expertise, diagnostics, and labor. Therefore, most services are non‑refundable once work has begun. Once the work has been completed, refunds are not available. However, we do offer fair exceptions and quality guarantees outlined below.
- Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds be considered under the following circumstances:
a. Service Not Delivered
- If you paid for a service that was never started or scheduled, you can request a full refund.
b. Duplicate Payments - If a payment was accidentally submitted twice, we will refund the duplicate charge.
c. Inability to Resolve the Issue
If our technician is unable to resolve the primary issue and: - You followed all recommended steps,
- The issue is confirmed to be non‑repairable or outside our scope,
- No successful workaround or alternative solution was provided. You are eligible for a partial refund. This is minus any diagnostic or labor fees already performed.
- Non‑Refundable Services
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Completed services, including remote or onsite support
- Diagnostic fees
- Software installations or license purchases
- Subscription-based services already activated
- Training sessions already delivered
- Third‑party service or product costs
- Issues caused by user actions after service completion
- Service Guarantee
If you experience the same issue within 7 days of service completion, we will provide a follow‑up session at no additional cost, as long as:
- The issue is directly related to the original service
- No new hardware, software, or user‑caused changes contributed to the problem

- Invoice or ticket number
